ERG

ERG, AT&T’s Employee Resource Groups, is made up of 37 employee groups/networks and more than 145,250 employees.

Role: Art Director

Objective: Brand and design experiential collateral for the ERG Conference, emphasizing their role in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Problem: How do I create a universal look, tone, and feel for a conference comprised of 37 unique employee groups while maintaining their individualities?

Solution: Using ERG’s established colors, green, blue, and yellow, I designed a type-treatment that would be used throughout the conference to represent the event and all the employee groups as one. The mark, made up of various shapes, colors, and textures, build the acronym, ERG. The different components represent the unique groups and how they work together to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Every group is also represented with their own banner, each designed using assorted elements from the main ERG mark. The client was so thrilled with the outcome that they used this design two years in a row.
