Wynn CSR

The Wynn CSR is Wynn Resorts Corporate Social Responsibility report.

Role: Art Director

Objective: Inform the audience of Wynn Resorts and the efforts they are taking to be socially and sustainably responsible.   

Problem: Resorts are not known for their sustainable practices. How do I create a CSR that tells Wynn’s story with limited brand guidelines, remain elegant (like the resort’s reputation), and highlight their social and sustainable practices?

Solution: I used large full bleed imagery and established colors to immediately showcase the resort, highlighting the grace and beauty. Transparency layers are used throughout to symbolize the brand’s authenticity and their willingness to be transparent with the public. To tie in sustainability with the brand, I incorporated a familiar wave pattern and wood grain to add texture and visual appeal. The varied grid is meant to keep eyes moving and the negative space allows breathing room and visual breaks from large copy blocks.
